Ashton Poet is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Elevate Therapy Company, a Michigan-based, clinician-owned practice dedicated to high-quality, in-person school-based therapy. With years of experience in school settings, she is passionate about creating environments where students, educators, and clinicians feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Ashton founded Elevate with a vision to make therapy more collaborative, effective, and sustainable for both the students receiving services and the professionals delivering them. Known for her relational leadership and commitment to mentorship, she works closely with districts and therapy teams across the United States to build partnerships rooted in compassion, integrity, and excellence.
A proud Michigan native and mom to three girls, Ashton values meaningful connections in all areas of life. She finds joy in family time, being outdoors, and reading a good book.
