The majority of our positions are in-person, as we believe face-to-face work allows for stronger relationships, more effective collaboration, and better student outcomes. That said, if you’re seeking virtual work or a hybrid role, we occasionally have opportunities in those areas as well.
Absolutely! We have a structured CF mentorship program with ASHA-certified supervisors, regular check-ins, and individualized support to help you thrive in your first year.
We provide manageable caseloads, protected planning/documentation time, regular check-ins, and direct access to our leadership team. You’ll always have someone to turn to for guidance, problem-solving, and encouragement.
It depends on the district’s needs. We strive to limit travel by placing you primarily at one location, but in some cases, you may serve multiple schools within a reasonable distance.
